Draknek & Friends, the acclaimed studio behind A Monster’s Expedition, is gearing up for Halloween with a charming new puzzle adventure: Spooky Express. This cozy puzzler challenges you to build railroad routes for adorable monster commuters and is launching on PC and Mobile on October 21, 2025.
Hop aboard the Spooky Express, the only rail service willing to carry the undead passengers of deepest, darkest Trainsylvania! As the new rail operator, you’ll be tasked with planning routes and laying track across 200+ thoughtfully designed levels. Your goal is simple but challenging: take the vampires to their coffins, the zombies to their graves, and escort the interloping humans away before they become a snack. With a single-car passenger limit and the strict rule that tracks can’t cross, you’ll have to plot every route with precision and ensure the train makes all its stops.
The world of Trainsylvania is presented as a series of cosy, charming dioramas, each with its own spooky soundtrack and unique location. Puzzling through the Pumpkin Patch, meandering through the Morbid Manor, or investigating the Impish Inferno, you’ll find playful touches and delightful surprises around every corner.
