Earlier this month, Reign of Terror Haunted House in Thousand Oaks, CA, announced that it would be opening its doors for two nights in the off-season, in celebration of being halfway to Halloween. Now, Reign of Terror has shared that they’re debuting a new area in the haunt and a massive new finale.
Visitors to the halfway-to-Halloween dates will be some of the first to experience the Bayou—a twisted new walkthrough experience filled with rotting shacks, lurking creatures, and things slithering in the dark, all in a dark, wet, and suffocating swamp atmosphere.
And for the first time in the haunt’s long history, they’re also debuting a massive new finale. The new experience is packed with new sights and scares and a ton of photo ops to help commemorate your visit.
Reign of Terror will open its doors for halfway to Halloween on May 2 and 3, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Tickets for the event are on sale now and start at just $42.
