Star Ace Toys Announces Jason Voorhees As First Figure In Their New Defo-Real Series of Collectibles

Star Ace Toys has shared the first photos and details around their new Defo-Real series of collectibles. The ultra-stylized vinyl statues debuted on Facebook with the announcement of their Jason Voorhees Defo-Real Statue from the 2009 reboot of Friday the 13th.

The new Defo-Real Jason stands roughly six inches tall and is carrying a machete in one hand and an axe over his shoulder. His hockey mask is removable, which allows you to reveal the horrifying face it hides. The deluxe version of the figure will also come with a metal bear trap on a chain.

In the announcement it was suggested that Jason may be the first of many modern horror characters coming to the new line. “Characters from modern horror movies are particularly suited to being represented in this format and Star Ace looks forward to bringing you your favorites,” read the Facebook post. Work appears to have already started on a Pennywise from the 2017 film IT.

Pricing and order information have not yet been revealed.
