Zombie Joe’s Underground Theatre Group will premiere Carlos Cameron’s new gothic horror and suspense play, “Gothique,” for a limited run this November.
Cameron wrote and directed the production, which draws inspiration from films like “Crimson Peak” and “The Others.” The story follows estranged siblings Mia and Nathan as they attempt to reconnect at their ancestral manor following their stepfather’s death, only to find that their inheritance is much darker than they could have imagined. The immersive production puts guests inside the darkness of the manor where they’ll experience séances, madness, and ghosts.
Produced by Zombie Joe, “Gothique” is a joint presentation between Zombie Joe’s Underground Theatre Group and Cursed Productions. The cast includes Amanda W. Sutton, Garret Michael Weskamp, Gabriela Luna, Sofia Tatone, and Randall Perry.
“Gothique” runs Nov. 15 through Nov. 30, with performances at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Sundays and at 8 p.m. on Mondays.
Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door, available online through Tix.
