Lionsgate has announced the at-home release of “Beware Boiúna,” the latest horror from director Mike P. Nelson (“Silent Night, Deadly Night”).
The eco-horror thriller debuts on major digital platforms beginning Nov. 3, followed by a physical release on Blu-ray + Digital and DVD on Dec. 15.
Starring Kiana Madeira (the “Fear Street” trilogy), Jessica Rothe (the “Happy Death Day” franchise), and Logan Marshall-Green (“The Invitation”), the film follows a team of medical researchers venturing deep into the Amazon rainforest. Their intrusion disturbs a legendary, colossal serpent that emerges to reclaim her domain. Trapped in a jungle where nature reigns supreme, the team faces a desperate fight for survival against a creature that decides who lives and who dies.
Starting Nov. 3, viewers can purchase “Beware Boiúna” on digital retailers including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fandango at Home, Google TV, and YouTube.
