To compete, Halloween and horror aficionados have to complete a brief application and upload a photo. Then share their profile with their friends, fans, and followers to rack up votes. Registered users can vote once a day for free or cast votes for their favorite competitor at any time by donating.
The winner of the competition will walk away with:
