Dark Horse Comics Releasing a Stranger Things and D&D Crossover This November

We’ve been in no short supply when it comes to “Stranger Things” comic news in recent months. In June we found out about “Stranger Things: Science Camp,” then earlier this month we got wind of the Halloween Special one-shot, and now we’ve learned that there will be a four-part “Stranger Things” and “Dungeons & Dragons” crossover series from Dark Horse debuting this November.

The new series will bring together “Stranger Things” comic book writer Jody Houser and D&D comic writer Jim Zub to tell an all-new “Stranger Things” story.

Follow the crew from Hawkins, Indiana, as they discover the legendary monsters and epic adventures of the Dungeons & Dragons tabletop role-playing game together. Long before the dreaded Demogorgon took one of them to the Upside Down, watch Mike, Lucas, and Will bond with Dustin for the first time over the game that would define their childhood. See the party come together as a team through communal stories and perilous quests to learn important lessons about friendship and find the courage to stand up to the bullies that challenge their everyday.

“Stranger Things and Dungeons & Dragons #1” is available for pre-order now and will hit comic shops on November 4, 2020. The first issue will be available with a main cover by artist E.M. Gist and three variant covers by artists Anna Dittman, David Michael Beck, and Diego Galindo.
