Home Depot Announces the Return of Its 12 ft. Skeletons

On Thursday, The Home Depot announced that its original 12-foot skeleton and last year’s 12-foot Inferno Pumpkin Skeleton have returned for a limited time.

The announcement came via the Home Depot Twitter account where the home improvement retailer shared a photo of the two skeletons with a link to buy the original. Both skeletons are available now on HomeDepot.com and have a limit of one per order, which is understandable considering how immensely popular these massive Halloween props have been in recent years.

The original 12-foot skeleton debuted in 2020 and took Halloween by storm. In addition to its massive size, the giant skeleton also features lifelike LCD eyes that add to its scare factor.

In 2021 The Home Depot released the 12-foot skeleton again and debuted a variation of the skeleton that looked fresh from the pumpkin patch. The Inferno Pumpkin Skeleton was also 12 feet tall and featured the lifelike LCD eyes, but this skeleton had a jack-o’-lantern for a head and was made of pumpkin vines instead of bones. The Inferno Pumpkin Skeleton also featured posable arms.

Priced at $299, the original 12-foot Giant Skeleton is available to order online here.

The 12-foot skeletons are expected to go quick and as The Home Depot pointed out, will only be available for a limited time, so if you’re interested, you’ll want to act fast.
