Knott’s Berry Farm unleashed a wave of terror Tuesday night, pulling back the curtain on the full 2026 Knott’s Scary Farm lineup during its sold-out “Nightmares Revealed” showcase. Co-hosted by Knott’s Show Director Jeff Tucker and horror icons The Boulet Brothers, the YouTube-streamed event confirmed two new mazes, an overhauled scare zone, a dark magic show, and a lineup of horror-themed food and drink.
The Southern California haunt staple returns for its 53rd year on Sept. 17, running select nights through Nov. 1. Here is everything haunting the park this season.
New Mazes
- Unearthed: Embark on a perilous journey through the heart of an excavation site as you and your search-and-rescue team arrive at a ravaged base days after receiving a distress signal. Beware, for the discovery of the ancient tablets has awakened a malevolent force from a forgotten age—an ancient evil has been unearthed.
- Inked: Mortimer Morbid, a washed-up 1930s cartoonist and former head of Morbid Studios, discovers that when blood becomes ink, imagination becomes reality. Determined to create one final Halloween special, he brings his infamous cartoon characters to life—only to unleash a legion of murderous toons hellbent on pulling viewers into their twisted world.
New Scare Zones
- CarnEvil (Reimagined): The classic Boardwalk scare zone gets a sinister overhaul. Mesmer—the hypnotist from the newly retired 2025 maze—takes control of the circus, turning the sideshow into the main attraction.
New Entertainment
- Occultum: Located in the Bird Cage Theatre, this new stage show curated by the Magic Castle showcases dark magic, mind-bending illusions, and impossible sleight of hand.
- Voodoo: Bayou’s Edge: Hosted by Voodoo Queen Marie Laveau at the Calico Mine Stage, this musical celebration guides audiences past the cemetery gates and into the court of Baron Samedi, Lwa of the dead.
New Food and Drink
- Cherry After Dark – A black cherry seltzer that glows under UV light.
- CarnEvil IPA – A cotton candy double hazy IPA.
- Wicked Wheat – A blood orange hefeweizen.
- Ectoplasm Elixir – A pineapple margarita served in a blood bag.
- The Zoo Tots: Loaded tater tots inspired by the returning maze.
- Poison Apple Funnel Cake: A twisted take on the classic theme park dessert.
- Stabbed Cheddar: Deep-fried cheddar cheese coated in corn dog batter, drenched in nacho cheese, and rolled in crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
Returning Lineup
Mazes: The Chilling Chambers, Origins: The Curse of Calico, Widows, Eight Fingers Nine: The Boogeyman, Cinema Slasher, Room 13, The Zoo, and Mary: The Haunting of Worth Home. At this year’s Midsummer Scream, it was announced that this year would be the final year for The Chilling Chambers and Origins: The Curse of Calico.
Scare Zones: Ghost Town Streets, Forsaken Lake, The Gauntlet, and Gore-ing 20’s.
Shows & Attractions: Into the Fog (tribute art show), The Blind Tiger (speakeasy dance show), and the return of the controversial satire show The Hanging, with this year’s title announced as “The Hanging: Noose Maxxxing.”
