‘House of 1000 Corpses’ Hits 4K for the First Time in New Firefly Trilogy Box Set

Rob Zombie's Firefely Trilogy 4K UHD collector's set

Just in time for spooky season, Rob Zombie’s bloody Firefly trilogy is heading to 4K UHD in an eight-disc collector’s box set. Arriving Oct. 13 from Lionsgate, the collection marks the long-awaited 4K debut of Zombie’s 2003 cult classic, “House of 1000 Corpses.”

This special release bundles “House of 1000 Corpses,” “The Devil’s Rejects,” and “3 From Hell” across 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and Digital formats. Housed in custom artwork by Vance Kelly, the box set also includes exclusive art cards, a collectible poster, and a 60-page photo book curated by Zombie himself.

Special features include hours of legacy bonus content, including full-length audio commentaries, behind-the-scenes footage, and two documentaries: “30 Days in Hell: The Making of The Devil’s Rejects” and “To Hell and Back: The Making of 3 From Hell.”

Zombie launched the franchise with his 2003 directorial debut, “House of 1000 Corpses,” an homage to ’70s exploitation horror that introduced horror icons Captain Spaulding (Sid Haig), Otis Driftwood (Bill Moseley), and Baby Firefly (Sheri Moon Zombie). The narrative follows a sadistic, cannibalistic family terrorizing stranded motorists across backroad America, leading into the gritty road-movie carnage of “The Devil’s Rejects” and the prison-break finale of “3 From Hell.”

The Firefly Trilogy 4K UHD set is available for pre-order now for $79.99.
