Back in April, the “I Like Scary Movies” immersive experience opened at The Desmond in Los Angeles. Originally the exhibit was scheduled to run through June 16, 2019, but today the exhibit announced it will extend its run through July 14. This gives fans an additional month to experience the horror-themed fun.
Celebrating iconic genre films The Shining, Beetlejuice, IT, A Nightmare On Elm Street, and The Lost Boys. “I Like Scary Movies” spans 25,000 square feet and features amazing large-scale photo opportunities that are unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.
Tickets for these additional dates are sure to sell quickly, so be sure to head over to ilikescarymoviesexperience.com and get your tickets while they’re still available. Finally, a word of advice if you decide to attend “I Like Scary Movies:” If they still have them, make sure you get your Pennywise penny in the IT room. I didn’t realize you would get the special penny for sharing your fears and have been kicking myself ever since I discovered others received the special token for theirs.
