Earlier this month TCM announced the 2020 lineup for its Big Screen Classics Series and among the 13 titles being re-released into theaters are horror classics King Kong, The Shining, and Psycho.

The Big Screen Classics Series brings some of cinema’s most iconic films back into movie theaters for a limited engagement and as a bonus, each film is accompanied by exclusive commentary from TCM hosts who will provide additional insight, background, and more about these iconic films.

As part of the series, the 1933 classic King Kong will return to theaters on March 15. Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining will get special 40th-anniversary screenings on May 31 and June 3 and Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho will get special 60th-anniversary screenings on October 11 and 12.

Tickets for all of the TCM Big Screen Classics films are available now through Fathom Events or participating theater box offices. To find screenings in your area visit the Fathom Events website.
