Midsummer Scream began teasing this year’s event offerings with the release of tickets to Midsummer Scream 2018, but ahead of this weekend’s Spook Show at Halloween Club in La Mirada, CA, Midsummer Scream made a major panel announcement featuring the queen of Halloween, Elvira.
This year, Midsummer Scream will host a special “Elvira, Mistress of the Dark” 30th Anniversary presentation with star Cassandra Peterson. The panel will be moderated by Jeff Tucker and will take place on Saturday, July 28 at 1:30pm. If you want some one-on-one time with Peterson (and let’s be honest, who doesn’t) Midsummer Scream is also giving fans a special opportunity to take a private one-on-one photo with Peterson and up to three friends after the presentation.
Photo opportunities must be booked ahead of time here and do not include admission to Midsummer Scream. It’s important to also note that photos are with Cassandra Peterson and not her character Elvira.
The town depicted in that movie reminded me of what my mom tells me about her hometown.
