In 2024, Funko debuted a series of Funko Pop! figures inspired by the Mexican holiday Día de los Muertos. The series debuted with figures representing La Catrina, El Catrin, Xolo, and a Calavera de Azúcar. For 2025, Funko is debuting new variants of La Catrina and Xolo and introducing a pair of figures inspired by the Barbie Día de los Muertos dolls.

Inspired by Mattel’s 2023 Día de los Muertos Barbie, this Funko Pop! wears a pink gown adorned with iconography from the holiday and features a headband of monarch butterflies that frames her lace-inspired calavera face paint. The figure is holding a miniature ofrenda diorama with dancing skeletons inside. The figure is available for pre-order now and is expected to ship next month.
Día de los Muertos Ken Funko Pop! – $14.99
Also inspired by Mattel’s 2023 Día de los Muertos release is Ken, who wears a dark blue jacket with sugar skull and bone details on the collar and a black hat featuring a sugar skull band that accentuates his intricate calavera face paint.
