‘Predator: Badlands’ Sets Hulu Release Date

After becoming the highest-grossing entry in the franchise’s 38-year history, Predator: Badlands officially arrives on Hulu (and Hulu on Disney+ for bundle subscribers) on February 12, 2026.

Directed by Dan Trachtenberg, “Predator: Badlands” has breathed new life into the legendary series. The film earned $184.5 million worldwide, dethroning 2004’s “Alien vs. Predator” ($177.4M) as the top earner. Critics and audiences are in rare agreement on this one: the film currently holds an 86% Certified Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes alongside a massive 95% Popcornmeter score.

“Predator: Badlands” deepens Yautja lore by introducing new characters, Dek (Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi) and Thia (Elle Fanning), on a high-stakes journey of survival and unlikely alliances. Trachtenberg, who previously revitalized the series with “Prey,” continues his streak of blending visceral combat with emotional depth.

Ahead of the release, fans can catch up on their Yautja lore; the entire “Predator” franchise is currently streaming on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ in the U.S.

For the superfans, Disney+ and Hulu have also added 15 new videos to the “Predator Creators Collection” by pocket.watch. This creator-led content sits alongside Trachtenberg’s other acclaimed entries, “Prey” and “Predator: Killer of Killers,” making it a prime destination for fans of the franchise.
