American Licorice Company, the classic confectioner behind brands like Red Vines and Sour Punch, announced some of its exciting product renovations for 2025. One of the newly announced candies is Sour Punch Frankenstraws, which will debut this Halloween season.
Sour Punch Frankenstraws look to be a frightfully delicious addition to your Halloween candy table. The new Halloween treat features brand new flavors: Monster Melon, Prickly Pear, and Mighty Mystery, in Halloween-colored straws.
As part of the announcement, American Licorice Company also announced a new Red Vines sub-brand called Vines. The new brand is geared towards a younger audience and offers different product types than traditional licorice. One of its initial offerings will be Halloween Twists, though details on what they are were not provided.
American Licorice will share Sour Punch Frankenstraws and several other confections next week at the upcoming Sweets & Snacks Expo in Indianapolis.
