On Monday, Ten Image Publishing and OnTheHouse Studio announced that the survival horror game “Huntsman” will launch on Steam for PC on November 27, 2025, at 9 a.m. PST. The announcement coincided with the debut of Creature Features, a new trailer series examining each spider type featured in the game.
“Huntsman” traps players inside the sinister Atherton Labs’ Experimental BioSolutions Division. This classic survival horror experience features multiple arachnid types with realistic, nightmare-fuel behaviors. Experience your first, and possibly last, day at the facility and unravel the web of intrigue and mystery.
The Creature Features series kicks off with Episode One, focusing on the game’s namesake, the huntsman spider. These fast-moving species appear throughout the game and hunt prey using their ability to detect noise, particularly from the footsteps of their prey.
Episode Two releases later this week and focuses on the orb weaver spider, an aerial assassin that snatches slow-moving prey from above and cocoons them alive in silken webs.
Episodes Three and Four will unveil the final two spider types, each with their own behaviors, hunting patterns, and tips to increase your chances of survival.
