It’s been three years in the making, but on Monday, LEGO announced the official release date of its “Hocus Pocus” Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage brick set. Based on the iconic cottage from the 1993 hit blockbuster, the all-new set, which was developed through the LEGO Ideas program, is set to arrive on July 4, 2023.

The 2,316 piece set was first designed by 26-year-old, Belgian LEGO fan and Hocus Pocus fan, Amber Veyt in 2020 and was submitted twice to the LEGO Ideas program before ultimately being accepted as an actual product idea last summer. The final set features six characters from the film, including all three Sanderson sisters, Max Denison, his sister Dani, and Allison Watts. The set even includes Thackery Binx in cat form.

The cottage set can also be transformed into the Sanderson Witch Museum as seen in the films by simply adding the info-stand, the museum signage, some rope barriers, and a cash register, which can be hidden away in secret storage under the stairs.

You can see some of the exciting details from the new set in the teaser video shared by LEGO on Instagram below:

The new Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage will be available to LEGO VIPs starting July 1at lego.com/Hocus-Pocus and will then be available in-store and online to all starting July 4. The set is priced at $229.99. For more information on the set and what’s included, visit the product page on LEGO.com.
