If you’re a fan of board games and the classic Universal Monsters, you’re in for a treat later this summer when Ravensburger releases “Horrified: Universal Monsters.”
io9 is reporting that the new game is a strategy game where 2-5 players work together to take down your favorite Universal Monsters. The game will reportedly include “high-quality sculpted miniatures” of Dracula, Frankenstein’s Monster, Bride of Frankenstein, Wolf Man, the Mummy, the Invisible Man, and the Creature from the Black Lagoon.
Beyond this, the premise of the game is unclear, but I have reached out to Ravensburger games to see if I can get some further details ahead of the games release and will update this post if more details are made available to me.
io9 reports the game will hit shelves on August 1, and will retail for $34.99.
