Artist Yosiell Lorenzo has launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund “A Season of Shadows,” a 72-page hardcover art book celebrating autumn, and more importantly, Halloween.
The 6″ x 9″ book curates a collection of Lorenzo’s favorite Halloween- and autumn-inspired illustrations created over the span of his 11-year career. Beyond finished artwork, the book grants fans an inside look at his creative process through preliminary sketches and studio photography.
With 26 days remaining in the campaign, the project has already raised over $1,500 toward its initial $2,500 goal. Backer tiers range from digital PDF editions to physical hardcover copies bundled with exclusive prints and bookmarks, with rewards expected to arrive in September.
According to Lorenzo, all proceeds will go directly toward funding printing, packaging, and fulfillment.
