Found Footage Horror ‘Man Finds Tape’ Sets Digital and Physical Release

After a celebrated 2025 festival circuit, the disturbing film-within-a-film “Man Finds Tape” is officially headed to Blu-ray, DVD, and On-Demand on February 24, 2026, from Magnolia Home Entertainment under the Magnet Label.

The feature debut from co-writers/directors Paul Gandersman and Peter Hall is set in the fictitious rural small town of Larkin, Texas, and follows Lucas (William Magnuson, “SKAM Austin”), the creator behind the viral YouTube channel “Man Finds Tape.” When Lucas discovers surveillance footage of a local murder, he draws his estranged sister, Lynn (Kelsey Pribilski, “Landman”), back into their hometown’s dark history. What begins as a homicide investigation quickly spirals into a confrontation with a decades-old supernatural legend and a stranger (Brian Villalobos) with a destructive agenda.

Having premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and earned spots at the Sitges International Film Festival and Beyond Fest, Gandersman and Hall—the former a veteran documentary producer—use their backgrounds to bring a chilling realism to the found-footage format.

“Man Finds Tape” will be available on demand on major digital platforms, including Apple TV, Prime Video, Fandango at Home, Google Play, DirecTV, and more. The Blu-ray and DVD releases are available for pre-order.
