Filmhub has officially announced the US digital debut of Jeremy Schuetze’s “Anacoreta,” arriving on February 24, 2026.
Leaning into the chilling isolation of the cabin in the woods trope, the film stars Antonia Thomas (“The Good Doctor”), Jeremy Schuetze (“The Man in the High Castle”), Matt Visser (“Fellow Travelers”), and Jesse Stanley (“Van Helsing”). The story follows a group of friends venturing into the wilderness to film an experimental horror movie. As their production unravels, the crew is forced to confront a monster that was never in the script.
The film arrives with significant critical momentum following a successful festival run. “Anacoreta” took home Best Horror at the Heartland International Film Festival and Best International Feature at the Manchester Film Festival.
Starting February 24, audiences can rent or purchase “Anacoreta” in Digital HD on Apple TV, Prime Video, and Fandango at Home.
