On Monday, AMC Theaters made their “Ghostbusters: Afterlife Ecto-1 Replica Popcorn Container available for online purchase. The initial stock quickly sold out, but AMC has opened up limited quantities of the highly collectible popcorn bucket for a January pre-order.
The officially licensed popcorn bucket is just over 16-inches long and holds approximately 130 ounces of popcorn and features functioning lights. The bucket will set you back $34.99 and is available for pre-order now through the AMC Theaters Movie Merchandise website. (Note: Due to high traffic volumes, some users may be placed into an online waiting room before gaining access to the site.) This latest batch of buckets is expected to ship in January 2022.
