Netflix has signed a multi-year deal with “Gravity Falls” creator Alex Hirsch. Under the terms of the deal, Hirsch will exclusively develop new series and features for Netflix.

Hirsch is a writer, director, producer, and bestselling author best known for creating and voicing the animated hit series “Gravity Falls.” “Gravity Falls” had a two season, four-year run on The Disney Channel and told the story of brother and sister Dipper and Mabel Pines and the adventures they went on while uncovering the bizarre secrets of the northwestern town of Gravity Falls.
