Just one month after the arrival of his debut single “Long Face,” Lestat de Lioncourt (portrayed by Sam Reid) has released another single. Titled “All Fall Down,” the second release serves as the title track to the highly anticipated next chapter of the Immortal Universe: “The Vampire Lestat,” which will premiere on June 7, 2026, on AMC and AMC+.
AMC Networks and Lakeshore Records have released the single on the recently launched Vampire Lestat artist profile pages at major digital music services, including Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music. In a treat for fans, the network also debuted the series’ rousing new opening title sequence, which features the track.
The song features original music and lyrics by series composer Daniel Hart and is performed by star Sam Reid. According to Hart, the track captures a specific, unpolished era of the vampire’s musical journey.
“’All Fall Down’ is both the title track for the new season and the idea for a song by the Vampire Lestat from early in the band’s life,” said Hart. “Much like ‘Long face’, it feels heavily influenced by Bowie, T. Rex, and other 70s rock’n’roll stars who were looking back to the blues as much as they were looking up to the stars for inspiration.”
Hart noted that this season explores a version of Lestat that is “more wild, more raw, and more self-deprecatingly funny than ever before.”
The upcoming season pivots into a rock-and-roll odyssey. As Lestat embarks on an electric multi-city tour, he finds himself haunted by “muses” from his rebellious past.
However, it isn’t all sold-out arenas and adulation. As Lestat’s star power rises, so does his influence over both the living and the undead. The world must now contend with his burgeoning power in the shadow of the Great Conversion—an unnatural and dangerous surge in the global vampire population.
In addition to Reid, “The Vampire Lestat” stars Jacob Anderson, Assad Zaman, Eric Bogosian, Delainey Hayles, and Jennifer Ehle. The series is executive produced by Mark Johnson, creator, writer, and showrunner Rolin Jones, Hannah Moscovitch, Christopher Rice, and the late Anne Rice.
