Sideshow and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products have revealed a new 1/6 scale Regan MacNeil figure, bringing the terrifying icon from the 1973 classic “The Exorcist” to life in two feature-packed editions.
The standard Collector Edition captures MacNeil’s demon-possessed transformation, featuring a sneering head sculpt with piercing yellow-green eyes, discolored teeth, synthetic hair, and severe facial scarring. The figure wears a tailored blue-and-white fabric nightgown marked with green stains, sculpted wrist bandages, and seamless standing legs. Accessories include three interchangeable sets of hands, a floating Pazuzu head on a clear display stand, and a black hexagonal base.
For high-end horror collectors, the Deluxe Edition adds a second head sculpt depicting earlier stages of possession, with darker eyes and a less mottled complexion. The figure also features two sets of legs for standing or levitating. It also includes a detailed replica of MacNeil’s iconic four-post bed—complete with fabric bedding and a magnetic clear support rod to recreate the film’s infamous levitation scene.
Both figures are available for pre-order now, with shipping estimated between May and August 2027. The Collector Edition is priced at $290, while the Deluxe Edition retails for $395.
